Anyone can participate: young or old; singles, couples or families; individuals or groups. Participants can attend a series of 12 weekly educational workshops providing information, demonstrations and opportunities to connect with others for support and exercise; workshops will be held Tuesdays, 5:30 to 7 p.m., beginning Jan. 20 at University Medical Center, DuVal Auditorium.
