Room Reservations
When requesting a room reservation by email, please include the following information:
- Requester's name and phone number
- Event title & date(s)
- Estimated attendance
- Preferred room
- Event begin & end times
- Sponsoring department & address or PO Box #
All email requests are acknowledged via phone contact from AHSC Room Scheduling. Reservations are not confirmed until this contact is made.
Daily Announcements
Daily announcements are displayed on overhead monitors at various locations in AHSC and in
the News
& Events portion of the AHSC web
site.
Phone, fax or email announcement information. Please
include the following:
- Requester's name and phone number
- Event title & date(s)
- Event begin & end times
- Begin show date
- End show date
- Sponsoring department & address or PO Box #
- Note: Maximum of 35 words per announcement
